The following information applies to all children's parties. The only difference is that for children under 6 years old we use the small chairs and lower tables and for those over 6 we use the regular folding chairs and regular table height. See the above pictures. Following are rates for the use of the space on Monday through Friday and for morning starts on weekends. These are parties for children under parental supervision. Cleaning fee $72.00


Does not include parties for adults only or the use of commercial music or caterers. The first half hour is client set up time and the last half hour is breakdown time with the middle two hours (one hour entertainment followed by one hour for food) for the party. For example, a party with invitations times for 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon would have a space rental from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Important! The three hour period starts when client or entertainer enters the space and ends when all people have left, i.e., the time rented including setup and breakdown time. Unless by appointment, please do not have suppliers arrive before the start time. Client provides everything but space, tables, chairs and ice. Deliveries (including your supplies for the party) can be made ahead of time, like the day before, by appointment.

A limited number of white chairs will be provided for adults if requested (again, your table cloths). A door sign identifying the party and that the door is open so guests will not continually ring the bell can be provided and put up by client. Clean-up will be done by 202 East.


To reserve the space for 3 hours or more, a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 made out to 202 East should be mailed with date, times and return address on below form

A contract will be sent within 24 hours. The final payment (usually $557.00) will be made at the beginning of the party


What To Do

  1. 1)Select a date and times and clear them with the entertainment person you are using.
    2) Call us at 212 861-4330 and make sure the date is clear and we will put a hold on it (or make an appointment)
    3) Fill out the form (click below) and mail with a $500.00 deposit made out to 202East.
    4) Wait for our agreement in the mail.
    5) Start doing invitations and other planning for your party.
